1. Rental Agreement

By booking a dumpster trailer rental with RJ Pro Solutions LLC, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement becomes binding upon booking and payment.

2. Rental Period & Extensions

Scheduled rentals will be delivered and picked up within the scheduled rental time frame as outlined in the booking.
Any extra time used beyond the scheduled rental period will result in an additional $25 daily charge.
All rental fees are charged and must be paid starting on day one of the rental.

3. Payment & Fees

A valid debit or credit card must be on file to make a rental.
The original rental fee includes one (1) ton of material.
Any weight exceeding 1 ton will be charged at a rate of $75 per ton.
If the card on file is declined at the time of rental, the customer will have the option to provide another form of payment. If no valid payment can be made, the trailer will not be offloaded.

4. Delivery, Positioning & Moving the Trailer

The trailer will be locked and the tires will be chocked upon delivery.
Customers are not allowed to move or reposition the trailer. If repositioning is needed, the customer must contact RJ Pro Solutions LLC customer service, and additional charges may apply.
If the dumpster cannot be delivered or picked up due to accessibility issues, a trip fee may be charged.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are NOT allowed in the dumpster:

Flammable liquids, paint, oils, hazardous chemicals, or materials
Gas/refrigerant cylinders
Tires of any kind
Appliances (e.g., washers, dryers, dishwashers, air handlers, condensers, refrigerators, deep freezers)
Brush must be cut down to fit within the dumpster and must not stick out past the top of the trailer
RJ Pro Solutions LLC reserves the right to decline any materials loaded into the dumpster if they are deemed unsafe or outside the allowed materials list.

6. Damage, Liability & Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear resulting from misuse or carelessness.
Customers are not allowed to use the hydraulic control function of the trailer. The hydraulic cabinet will remain locked.
Customers must not climb on or engage in horseplay on or around the trailer.
RJ Pro Solutions LLC is not responsible for any damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, or other surfaces resulting from the placement, use, or retrieval of the dumpster. Customers are encouraged to place protective materials (such as plywood) under the dumpster if concerned about potential damage.
If any damage occurs to the trailer, the customer will be invoiced for repair or replacement costs.

Payment must be made within 15 days of receiving the invoice.
If payment is not received, RJ Pro Solutions LLC reserves the right to take legal action to recover damages, including additional collection fees and legal costs.

Business Insurance: RJ Pro Solutions LLC carries business insurance. Proof of insurance and coverage details will be provided upon request.

7. Credit/Debit Card Authorization & Charges

By providing a debit or credit card on file, the customer authorizes RJ Pro Solutions LLC to charge the card for:

Rental fees and any agreed-upon charges at the time of booking
Additional daily rental fees if the dumpster is kept beyond the scheduled rental period ($25 per extra day)
Overweight charges at a rate of $75 per ton over the included 1-ton limit
Damage repair or replacement costs if the trailer is misused, moved, or damaged while in the customer’s possession
Unauthorized material disposal fees for any prohibited items loaded into the dumpster
Trip fees if delivery or pickup cannot be completed due to accessibility issues

If the card on file is declined at any point, the customer will be contacted to provide an alternative form of payment.
If outstanding balances are not paid within 15 days, RJ Pro Solutions LLC reserves the right to pursue collections and legal action, including additional collection fees and legal costs.

8. Compliance & Violations

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in the offloading of loaded material without a refund.
RJ Pro Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse service or remove the dumpster if policies are violated or if unsafe conditions are observed.

9. Agreement to Terms

By completing the booking, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

10. Additional Services & Payment Terms

RJ Pro Solutions LLC may offer additional services beyond dumpster rentals, including but not limited to:

Junk Removal & Hauling Services
Material Transport
Site Cleanups
Other Custom Services as Requested

Payment & Fees

A valid debit or credit card must be on file to schedule any service.
Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered.
If additional charges apply (such as overweight disposal fees, additional labor, extended service time, or extra material transport), the customer authorizes RJ Pro Solutions LLC to charge the card on file at the time of service.
If the card on file is declined, the customer must provide another form of payment before services are completed. Failure to provide payment may result in immediate service termination.
Non-payment or outstanding balances beyond 15 days may result in collection efforts, including additional fees and legal action.

Service Limitations & Liability

RJ Pro Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse service if the requested work is unsafe, exceeds weight or capacity limits, or involves prohibited items/materials.
Customers must provide clear and safe access to the work area. If the site is not accessible, additional trip fees may apply.
RJ Pro Solutions LLC is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, or property caused during service. Customers should take necessary precautions if concerned about potential damage.
Junk Removal & Cleanup: Customers are responsible for ensuring that only permitted materials are included in the removal process. If prohibited or hazardous items are found, RJ Pro Solutions LLC may refuse service or charge additional handling fees.
